I’m in my fourth year as a Canes’ Season Ticket Holder.
Learning about hockey, and observing Fan Experience from the Canes STM perspective.
I will let others talk about intricacies of the game on the ice, CORSI and stuff like that.  Those blogs are legion, and good reading, too.

Me?  I will make observations, suggestions, and maybe even whine a little bit about the experience one has pursuing In-The-Seats Fandom.
Of course, WINNING and post-season success are what every fan wants and needs.  We were at PNC in 2006 for a game in the Finals.
Accepting WINNING as undeniable fun fact frees me up to talk about new epoxy on the floors of the restrooms, management successes and failures when trying to heat the crowd up, and stuff that just works or doesn’t work on Game Day at PNC.
There will be positivity.  There will be negativity.  There will be opportunity to discuss.
